When you think about the proposal outlined to the council by these people, the only one's who benefit are the commercial fishermen and the local residents. Screw the rest of us, that's what they are saying. We don't want to be screwed by you down there, we want a reasonable amount of time to enjoy the fruits of the ocean. Two weeks should be sufficient.
