RJ is mad, and so am I.

THE MOOSE

My name is Raymond Jerald Korte and I am a registered voter of Brevard County.  It is unfair to the citizens of Florida when other areas have to absorb the waste from other sections of the state due to poor management of the resource.  I am referencing the below article from the July 26-28 issue of Florida Sportsman.

St. Johns Water Management District Fighting for Health of Indian River Lagoon

In its monthly newsletter, the Indian Lagoon Update, St Johns River Water Management District Managers reveal that “reducing the amount of pollutants flowing into the Indian River Lagoon will do much to protect and improve water quality.”  This opinion comes on the heels of fish and dolphin health problems scientists believe are directly linked to the Lagoon’s water quality issues.  Too bad the South Florida Water Management District, which is periodically inundating both the Caloosahatchee and St. Lucie estuaries with agricultural-rich discharges, has yet to reach that conclusion.

My address is 8754 Live Oak Ct

My position on this issue: The South Florida Water Management District continues to dump there waste at the expense of the entire State of Florida water system.
